Ten Minutes With The Lord

John Henson, the evangelist with the Grand Blanc congregation, has written and posted a soul-searching article on "The Fellowship Room" website entitled, "Ten Minutes With The Lord" in which he asks the following two questions:

1) "If you had the opportunity to speak with the Lord Jesus Christ for 10 minutes, what would you say?"

2) "What questions would you ask?"

Brother Henson then lists four groups of people:

1) Those who wouldn't want to speak to the Lord for two minutes, much less ten. These are the unbelievers.

2) Those who couldn't sit still for ten minutes. These are the so-called "important" people of our world.

3) Those who have far too many responsibilities to spend ten minutes with the Lord. These are the "too busy" folks in our world.

4) Those who would ask, "All I get is ten minutes?" These are the folks that have a "great desire to talk to the Lord for all eternity."

Then Brother Henson concludes his article by asking these two questions:

1) To which group do you belong?

2) If you were given ten minutes with the Lord of Creation, what would you do?
