4 Ways To Become A Leader People Want To Follow

Effective leadership is an integral part of a successful Christian life (Joshua 24:14-31). Today, I’m posting a link to Michael Hyatt's blog where Mr. Hyatt presents "4 Ways To Become A Leader People Want To Follow." I’ve added some appropriate Scriptures.

The following are four C’s of effective leadership from Mr. Hyatt’s blog:

1) Care — Genuinely care about others (Romans 12:10; Romans 15:1-2; 1 Corinthians 10:32-33; Gal 6:1).

2) Celebrate — Show people appreciation for their achievements (Romans 16:1-15; 1 Thessalonians 1).

3) Correct — People appreciate positive direction that helps them grow and improve (Acts 18:24-28).

4) Compensate — Fair compensation is one way we show folks the value of their hard work and dedication (Proverbs 31:31; 1 Corinthians 9:1-14; 1 Timothy 5:17-18).

Beloved, spiritual  leaders in the Lord’s church would do well to memorize the above four C’s and make practical application of them, helping the church to experience continued growth and development.
