After reading these two articles here and here this afternoon, this writer has come to the following two conclusions:1) In article #1 regarding the banning of phones, we see that folks can still enjoy virtual reality without smartphones.
Note the following observation:
"Security guard Vicki Cromley said the ban makes her job easier. Concession and restroom lines move more quickly, people appear less stressed, and it encourages the patrons to focus on the golf, the atmosphere and their loved ones."
"It's good for them," she said. "People actually talk to their children and each other."
Beloved, now that's indeed a blessing! (See here, here, and here).
2) In article #2, we learn that many times, kids are much smarter than adults. This writer ought to know, for as a substitute for almost fourteen years, I taught them in our public school libraries. They are honest to a fault, holding back nothing. They possess a wisdom that most adults just don't have, simply because of their innocence (Matthew 19:13-14). They have absolutely nothing to hide, and no ulterior motives.
They will tell you the truth, no matter how much it might hurt or what the consequences might be (see here).
Beloved, the bottom line is this: As adults, we had better listen closely to what our children are telling us. They might save our life one day.
